Jebediah is mainly known for his sudden appearances on GTA V online servers. They seem to be completely unscheduled.

- Sabotaging other players cars - he seems to target mainly discount corollas
- Murdering others
- Hit and running
- Arson
- Robberies
- Manslaughter
- Regular slaughter I guess
- Illegal use of rocket propelled grenades
Character
Jebediah for the most part only rambles for himself. He has a thick southern accent. It is unknown where he is from or what he says for most of the time. The only noteable words are his name "Jebediah" during his mumbling. The rest is mainly random gibberish.
His age probably ranges between 40 to 75.
Scientists agree that Jebediah probably went through serious PTSD and many agree that Jebediah served in Vietnam war.
He appears to have several mental disorders.
History
It is possible that Jebediah lost his mind either in Vietnam war or possibly due his attempt to collaborate with Bogdanoff brothers.
There are many possible news articles that may link Jebediah to other crimes but no complete investigation has been concluded as it's almost impossible to track him down.
